Empowering Cambodia’s Clean Energy Transition: E-Power CCL Hosts Rooftop Solar Regulation Training

From March 4–7, 2025, at the headquarters of the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC), E-Power CCL partnered with the EAC to deliver an intensive training program titled “Regulations on the Installation and Use of Rooftop Solar Power Systems in Cambodia and How to Use the Single Web Portal.”

The training brought together key stakeholders, including representatives from the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), Electricité du Cambodge (EDC), and licensed electricity suppliers throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.

This program aimed to:

• Strengthen understanding of the national regulations governing rooftop solar installations.
• Provide practical guidance on leveraging the Single Web Portal for streamlined processes and compliance.
• Foster collaboration between regulatory authorities and energy operators for sustainable growth.
