From September 8–11, 2025, E-Power CCL collaborated with the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC) to deliver a specialized training program on the new EAC App — equipping private electricity service providers across the country with the knowledge and skills to fully utilize the platform’s powerful features before its official launch.

Empowering the Future: E-Power and EAC Conduct Nationwide Training on the New EAC App for Private Electricity Providers

As part of Cambodia’s ongoing digital transformation in the energy sector, E-Power CCL, in collaboration with the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC), organized a comprehensive training course from September 8 to 11, 2025. The program was designed to prepare private electricity service providers nationwide for the rollout of the new EAC App — a next-generation digital platform set to revolutionize electricity service delivery for consumers across the Kingdom.

The training focused on equipping utility employees with the technical knowledge and operational skills to leverage the app’s full functionality, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless user experience once the app officially launches.

The EAC App will provide electricity consumers in private supply areas with a range of convenient digital services, including:

  • Requesting new connections or capacity upgrades
  • Paying electricity bills quickly and securely
  • Receiving digital bills directly through the app
  • Accessing real-time information and updates about electricity services

By delivering this hands-on training ahead of launch, E-Power and EAC aim to accelerate digital adoption, enhance service quality, and improve customer engagement — paving the way for a smarter, more efficient, and customer-centric electricity ecosystem in Cambodia.
