Empowering Water Utilities with Smarter Digital Tools

A three-day in-person training program strengthens operations at Tang Krasang & Stoung Water Utility

E-Power continues its commitment to building smarter, more efficient utilities across Cambodia. Between July 21–23, 2025, we successfully delivered a three-day in-person training program for Tang Krasang and Stoung Water Utility, under the presidency of Mr. Mao Videth, Deputy Director.

The training covered:

• System Overview: Billing software, accounting software, mobile billing for field teams, and online payment systems.
• Real-Use Transactions: Hands-on guidance for processing and managing transactions effectively.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Generating and interpreting reports for better decision-making.
• Practical Exercises: Interactive sessions where trainees applied new skills with the support of our expert trainers.

To ensure maximum accessibility, Khmer-language training materials and user manuals were provided, enabling participants to continue learning and applying the system confidently after the training.
